I wonder if they will ever do anything about almira, the building could be put to another purpose, or just demolished :/
Well Sportina operates part of it, but yes I live near there and I walk past it every day and wish they'd do something good with it because it is just totally trashed inside from what i can see. It would make a nice apartment complex or business headquarters. I'd be happy to take it actually, I just need the money...
