I wish I could vote in this election. Sometimes it seems pretty silly to me that I can still vote in Slovenia (even though I haven't lived there for five years) but not here, where I actually live and am influenced by the politicians' decisions. I might go for the U.S. citizenship because of that.
I know the feeling - wheew - I did it too, one of the first one hundred absentee ballots cast in all of the USA, (but probably one of the few for Obama, as I did it in Kentucky). But, let's hope, and carry on. Hang in there, in Radovljica ( a nice place), I am now in Ljubljana, also a nice place)

Yay!
Whoo-hoo! *fist-bumps you*
I donated money today. I feel like a grown-up.
I'm all about abolishing citizenship and borders. Sign me up!
Thanks for the world passport link.
I'm dropping mines off tomorrow. I got an absentee ballot because I thought I would be back in London by now, but I'm not.
Good for you! Mine hasn't arrived from DC yet :(
I'll be going to the Democrats Abroad Sweden federal emergency write in ballot event in Stockholm tomorrow to take care of it.
